Dracula X - Rondo Of Blood

bloodbar.gif (4703 bytes)

Dracula X - Rondo of Blood was released in 1993 for the PC-Engine Super CD-Rom.  The game never made it to US shores, because NEC of America had very poor marketing skills.  What a shame too, because this is arguably the best true Castlevania game in the whole series.  The only games that even come close to touching it is Symphony Of The Night (PlayStation) and Nocturne In The Moonlight (Saturn).  But both of these games can't be considered "true" Castlevania games, due to their gameplay.  They play more like Metroid than Castlevania.

It's a pretty much standard Castlevania game.  You start out as Richter, then later you can be Maria (if you can find her).  It has all the standard special weapons like the dagger, axe, and such.  But there's more to it.  I don't want to tell you much about the game, since I don't want to ruin it for you.  Trust me, this game is worth the download time if you're a true Castlevania fan.

This game is one of the most sought after game in history.  The only PC Engine game that's more sought after than this game is Sapphire.  Back in 1993 when it came out, the game sold for the retail price of about $60.  Nowadays, I see people trying to auction it off on places like e-bay for an outrageous amount like $125!!  Sure the game is good and all, but it's NOT worth $125!  Plus, it's fairly hard to get ahold of this game.  If you ever see it for a decent price, you should get it on the spot!  But anyway, that's two of the main reason why I posted this game up.

FULL game download

Below are the files for the FULL game ISO.  You must use Alcohol 120% to burn it.  This was ripped directly from the original, legit Japanese release.  All files are verified to be 100% correct.  Please don't email about how to burn it, or dumb questions like that.  If you can't figure out something as
simple as burning this game, then you don't deserve to even be playing it.  You MUST download ALL the files first, then unrar it using WinRAR.  The PAR files are there to fix any corrupted files.  I recommend using Quick PAR for them.  Now without further adieu...
